Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind we offer a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, and any fees charged by your chosen payment provider will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin the process, contact us at lumoracollection@outlook.com. If your return is approved, you’ll need to send the item back to us at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. If your item does not arrive at our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping and any payment provider fees).

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can put things right. We promise to resolve the issue fairly and quickly.

Please note: we do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (excluding sale items and mystery boxes), you may return it for a different fragrance. Please note:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs to return the product.

  • We will invoice you for shipping the new product back to you.

  • Exchanges can only be made once per order. Multiple exchanges may incur additional fees and require management approval.

For the fastest option, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind:

  • Refunds exclude original shipping and payment provider fees

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund
